As we wrap up 2025, I want to take a moment to reflect on what we’ve achieved together and share what’s ahead at Flexischools. 

 

First and foremost, thank you. Your trust and partnership have been the foundation of everything we’ve accomplished this year. We’re committed to continuing to deliver solutions that make a real difference for canteen and other service operators, schools, and families in 2026. 

 

Highlights from 2025 

  • Expanding our reach: We now support over 2,100 schools across Australia, strengthening our ability to serve diverse communities. 

  • Customer-first approach: Every improvement we make is guided by one principle - putting our customers at the centre of everything we do. This was embodied in one of our new Flexischools company values - “People at the Heart” - which we launched mid-year. 

  • Reliability you can count on: Our platform maintained 99.97% availability, while we enhanced features based on feedback from schools and parents. 

  • Innovating for school communities: Building on our strengths in canteens and tuckshops, we’ve enhanced our Canteen, Shop and Event services, creating a seamless experience for ordering and payments, this included the highly anticipated multi-ordering.

  • Simplify School Life: Our research paper, distilling insights from over 5,000 parents and over 100 suppliers Australia-wide, which you can access here.

  • Launching our Supplier Resource Centre: Designed to make it easy for you to access the resources you need to support your operations, and promote your service to your school community. 

 

Looking Ahead to 2026 

We’re excited about what’s next. Our revamped FlexiPOS solution is in its final stages and will roll out in Term 1. This upgrade is set to be a game-changer for many services, delivering greater flexibility and efficiency. 

 

Our team has loved working with you this year and remains ready to support you—just note we’ll take a short break from 19 December to 5 January for a well-earned rest.
