How to update your class list

With the start of the school year, updating your class list is an essential process to start your new year. Below are simple instructions to do so - remember, by doing this, you will require every student to select a new class before they make an order - if you’ve already done this once this year, you don’t need to do it again:

  1. Log in to your supplier portal and select 'Class List Update', then 'Update for 2025' from the navigation bar.

  2. Select your school from the dropdown.

  3. Choose the relevant class list update option.

    Please note: If your classes have already been updated, you will need to confirm before proceeding. If your classes have been updated recently, we recommend contacting Flexischools to make any additional minor changes. Otherwise, all parents will be forced to select a new class before they can order.

  4. If required, edit your class list. Please continue reading for instructions to edit your class list.

  5. Click 'Update classes'. Remember, this will take immediate effect and prompt all parents to update their class list before they are able to place their next order.
