    Setting up a Flexischools online event is simple! Whether you are setting up a school carnival, musical or trivia night, school formal or ball, this page will provide you with all the information you need to get up and running online in no time at all.

      SINGLE ITEM EVENT

        Simple ordering of tickets, wristbands, family passes for school carnivals and trivial nights.

          • Parents and guests can view the event details online and purchase tickets, wristbands or family passes
          • You can choose for purchasers to receive an e-ticket with their order confirmation
          • E-tickets can be printed by the purchaser and brought along to the event
          • The event coordinator will also have details of all bookings made through the Flexischools reporting function accessible online

            SEATED EVENTS

              Manual seat selection for school formals and balls

              • Parents and guests are able to select their own seat in real-time
              • With the recommended Flexischools E-Ticket option for seated events, purchasers will receive an order confirmation and e-ticket detailing event information (date, time and seat location)
              • E-tickets can be printed by the purchaser and brought along to the event
              • The event coordinator will also have details of all bookings made through the Flexischools reporting function accessible online

               MULTIPLE ITEM EVENTS

                Manual ordering of meal options and merchandise with ticket purchases for a range of events

                • Parents and guests can opt to purchase additional meal options and merchandise with their event tickets
                • Events with multiple item purchases are not suitable for e-tickets as each item would produce an individual ticket. These purchases provide a detailed description of the order and provides proof of purchase, which can be brought along to the event
                • The event coordinator will also have details of all bookings made through Flexischools reporting function accessible online.

                FIVE STEPTS TO FLEXISCHOOLS EVENT SET UP

                  Step 1: Provide details of your event

                    Complete the Online Event Form to provide the service details of your event. On receipt of this document, our New Services Team will compile your online menu and provide you with an Administrator login to view and manage your new online service. When you are happy with the content and layout of your event, simply send an email confirmation to Flexischools and we will launch your event so parents can begin booking.

                    To complete the Online Event Form you will need the following information:

                    • Service Operator legal name and ABN
                    • Service details, event type and item information (if applicable)
                    • Service dates - cut-off date and time, event dates, etc
                    • Service type - seated or non-seated, e-ticket required, etc
                    • Service Availability - will guests be able to participate and which classes will be able to purchase
                    • Finance contact name and email address
                    • Bank details and a copy of Bank Statement Header or Deposit Slip
                    • Fee Structure that will apply

                    Step 2: Launch your online event to parents

                      We recommend that you launch your new service immediately. You can promote your new online event to the school community through your school newsletters, school website and emails. Flexischools provide a range of promotional material here your use.

                        Step 3: Payment

                          Payment for the event will be made to the Service Operator's nominated bank account at the end of the week in which the event takes place. Details on bookings placed can be found online using your administrator login, and the financial reports will be sent to the nominated recipient.

                                Step 5: What next? Expanding services, increasing profitability and efficiency

                                  Flexischools is a whole-of-campus solution, providing a single log on for parents to access a full range of school services that could include:

                                  • Online canteen ordering
                                  • Online uniform shop
                                  • Seated events such as concerts, formals, balls or musicals
                                  • Online fundraising
                                  • Payments such as school fees, excursions, music lesson fees or sports fees
                                  • Adding additional products and services to increase parent registrations by appealing to a broader school community. By encouraging increased use of your Flexischools solution, you can further reduce administration.
